Who we support
Families come to us with many different questions. Some have a diagnosis already; many don’t — and that’s okay. We focus on understanding the individual child, not a label.

Every child is different. An assessment by a qualified professional is needed to understand each child’s individual needs — this website does not provide a diagnosis.

Our approach
A clear, collaborative process — with your family involved at every stage.
We begin by listening. You tell us about your child, what you have noticed and what matters most to your family.
This first conversation can happen by phone, WhatsApp or in person.
Assessment and intervention plans always depend on each child’s individual needs and on professional judgement. Every child’s journey is different.
Online & in-person
Choose the mode that works best for your child and your routine. We’re happy to help you decide.
Parent resources
General information to help you feel prepared. For advice about your own child, please speak with us.
An assessment usually begins with a conversation with parents about your concerns, your child’s routines and what you have noticed. The professional then spends time with your child using play-based and age-appropriate activities, looking at areas such as receptive and expressive language, play, social skills, cognition, imitation, fine motor and self-help skills. Afterwards, initial observations and possible next steps are discussed with you. What is involved depends on your child’s age and individual needs.
You don’t need to know in advance. Many families start with a developmental assessment, which helps the professional understand your child’s strengths and needs and discuss which kind of support, if any, may be appropriate. If you are unsure, choose “Not sure yet” when you enquire and we will guide you.
Yes — parents are important partners. Depending on the service and your child’s needs, you may observe, join activities, or have time at the end of a session to discuss strategies you can use at home.
Yes. Many services can be offered online, often with a parent present to support activities. Whether online sessions are suitable depends on your child’s needs and the service required; this can be discussed with the centre.
Current prices for assessments, sessions and monthly packages are listed on our Packages page. For any questions about fees or scheduling, call 9891112793, email info@brighthopes.in, or send us a WhatsApp message.
It can help to note your main questions or concerns, examples of what you have noticed at home, and any information from school. If your child has previous reports, you may bring them to the appointment. Please don’t send medical records or reports through the website form.
Goals are discussed with your family and progress is reviewed over time through observation and regular conversations with parents. Plans are adjusted to your child’s changing needs. Every child develops differently, so progress looks different for each child.
